I am looking for a good restaurant in Chicago, specifically Loop area, that would be perfect for both a meat eater and vegetarian. The vegetarian is also allergic to seafood. This is for a business dinner. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

About 6 months ago I ate at this great little mexican or spanish seafood restaurant in the City of Chicago, they had great food and I would love to go again. They served whole red snapper with spicy sauce over it. They also had wonderful cracker baskets that were on every table, fantastic margaritas, and great decorations. If I remember correctly it was located on the corner of the street. Please help! The snapper was so big and the presentation was fantastic - it was served on a spit or metal stick of some kind - not laying on the side just on the plate.

I want to find a steak restaurant around the downtown chicago area, of course price does matter. I prefer something that is affordable. Any help is appreciated.
